In this video, I share how to properly vet the BEST manufacturers on Alibaba & RED flags to beware of!!

Remember: Always treat your suppliers & prospective suppliers with respect, and be patient during this process.

QUESTIONS TO ASK:
Intro:
* Hi! What MOQ is required for [insert product] in [X] sizes per color?
* Can I order [X] quantities in [X] sizes per color?

Sample Production:
* What is the cost of samples & Shipping & what is the timeline for sample production?
* Can the cost of the samples be reimbursed when I place the bulk order? What is the MOQ needed for this?
* Can I be sent fabric cards to determine the best fabric for my garment?
* Based on my sample what is the price per piece?

Payment Terms:
* What are the payment terms and requirements for samples & bulk production?
* Before paying the balance, how will you confirm that the products are done, Can I receive videos & images before paying the balance?

Customization:
* Can you accommodate custom designs, patterns, and labels? What is the process for this?
* Can I see images & videos of previous work of [insert customization request]
- Examples of Customization: embroidery, screen printing, stone wash, puff print, silicone logos, etc.
* What is the additional cost for [insert customization request]?

Quality Control & Defects:
* What is your quality control process, and how do you ensure consistent quality across all orders?
* If I receive defective products, what is the process to receive a refund or to replace the garment?

Shipping:
* What is the estimated shipping cost for the bulk to (insert Zip code, State, & Country)
- Ask for both Sea & Air quotes.
- Ask for price comparison across various carriers. Fastest shipping vs Cheapest shipping price.

Communication:
- Will I receive frequent progress updates? Can these be given weekly to keep me informed?

I'm only considering it because I am working full-time but also as a therapist which can be mentally draining and I do not know if it will be wise for me to take on the full set up of the product: My questions are
