Teachers should use chatGPT in their lessons by making the AI program write an essay and having the students analyze and critique the essay (in the classroom using old fashioned pen and paper).

AI or no; in academics there will always be students who cheat. In the real world whether a cheat is loathed or admired depends on efficiency gains. For a solo game developer these new technologies are force multipliers. I am positive this extends to other realms - we've seen it already. From images, text and audio to medecine, engineering and beyond. This is an opportunity for growth in creativity on all sides. For the first time in known history you all now have the tools easily at your disposal - open source in many regards - that you can run on your own machines. This is the great equalizer in many regards and it rides in on a tsunami wave to level the playing field.
