Shortly after the release of "The Evolution of Love Songs," I began to start working on The Evolution of Motown Music (1960-1994). After finishing the first five or six songs, I ditched The Evolution of Motown Music (1960-1994) so I could finish the decade series. But here it is now, almost two months later. I hope you will enjoy the video!

Motown is a record company founded by Berry Gordy, Jr. in 1959 in Detroit, Michigan, United States. The name, a portmanteau of motor and town, is also a nickname for Detroit. Motown played an important role in the racial integration of popular music by achieving a crossover success. In the 1960s, Motown and its soul-based subsidiaries were the most successful proponents of what came to be known as "The Motown Sound", a style of soul music with a distinct pop influence.

I am 62 years and love my life just the way it is, but if I could go back to the times when Motown was kicking them out constantly like this...I still can remember and do the choreography the Temps did to My Girl, Marvin Gaye and Tammy Brown..Al Green... the list is endless...I don't think I stopped dancing for years.Still dancing still remember the words to a lot of these songs and more. There will never be the plethora of great music as there was in this era of time.Good times...Great times.

As I draw to the close of my old life, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated listening to the golden years of Motown--- 1960-1968. Pleasant memories flooded over me as I heard the montage of songs from that again,
