• 2/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
• Raw sugar for sprinkling

This is a great recipe. I made them earlier today and they went down a storm every one enjoyed them. I also made a bach and put some sultanas in because I had some to use up. They turned out really well also. I will definitely be making these cookies again.
