I want to thank you for this. This video helped me catch an abandoned/stray kitten that wouldn't come to me. I played it a few times with wet cst food and the poor baby came right out, crying like mad. It helped me save her life.

I play this to a kitten I adopted from the street few hours ago, now she/he is in a comfy blanket with some milk I bought from pet store. Since a kitten has a low surviving rate without it's mother, I play this to comfort the kitten. I really hope she/he can grow up healthy.

Btw I need to feed and helping it excretion constantly every two hour, this will totally ruins my sleep schedule (which I never have before)

My Emily surprised me by giving birth to a single perfect, healthy kitten under my bed three years ago. She talked to him like this all the time when he was little. Now that he is grown up and big, they don't get along anymore.. but she often picks up her stuffed toys and talks to them the same way. A little sad actually.

When I was just a boy (long ago!) we found an orphaned tabby kitten, which was adopted by our female sheepdog, and she raised the kitten as if it were her puppy! Those two remained bonded as friends all their lives!

Aww, I have a rescued 7-week old black stray. I played this audio and he immediately sat up and looked around, then looked at my phone and began pawing at it and biting it. Also started purring (which he does when touched). Going to save this one. Not sure if it comforts him or makes him anxious to find his mama. Thanks for sharing.

The mom must be really young herself. If you look at the 0:50 mark, her eyes are still changing color to all yellow. That's usually within the first year.
