AYOOO I'm glad my boy Deku is getting some respect I don't know why people are having a debate if he's stronger than prime all might I mean like it's pretty obvious he is.

There's no question Deku is stronger than All Might -- based on the growth of the 6 internal quirks alone. I believe the most recent reference of Shigaraki's power scaling is when Nejire and Sun Eater used a giant energy beam and are then taunted by Shigaraki saying that an attack that pathetic would not hurt all might in his prime. When Deku gets there, he absolutely bullies Shigaraki with his quirk combos and seems to only be holding back due to the Tenko personality he wants to save. He has also said before that he only wants to use OFA to save people, not kill which is likely why this is even still a fight. Personally, I don't think even Prime All Might could take Shigaraki.
He was near mortally wounded by AFO, who does not have any of the enhancements of current Shigaraki that now also has the power to steal and use multiple quirks on top of scaling so close in power to him. Maybe he could find a way to win with physical strength alone, but It seems like Deku is low diff this fight because he has multiple quirks that counter Shigaraki's abilities and Shigaraki is immature and more interested in having "fun" than winning.
Whether or not Deku has surpassed AM Is also I think without question. The current state of things was made by All Might -- he did his best, but shouldered the entire responsibility of OFA alone and kept it a secret from his loved ones and the world, necessary -- but ultimately probably the wrong thing to do. Deku almost did the same, but grew past his mentor in the respect that he is working with friends who can equally and honestly share his burden and fight beside him. Bakugo and 1-A saved him from following in All Mights footsteps.

I feel like Deku is there, on like a similar level of power as All Might, but Prime All Might beats him in a actual battle. Of course I think it’ll change very soon if author of MHA’s health doesn’t get in the way. I hope the author is doing well.

deku is about 50% stronger than Prime AM when he's going full throttle. OfA strengthened Fa Jin and Gearshift put him on another level above his universe.

Technically, Deku being stronger than All Might was bound to happen, even without the other quirks, I mean, that's the essence of OfA, every user improve it and stock more and more power, so of course the OfA will be more powerful since Deku made it stronger while training to use it

I want to Deku fight shigaraki with his quirks and not just grapple with him in the air.

Then I will truly be impressed especially since shigaraki doesn’t care about getting OFA anymore and just wants to kill Deku.

Now I'd love to see how strong would be Deku in the future, when he'll have all of his quirks mastered, with the stamina and experience from his continuous training. Not to mention how he's able to mix his quirks to create even greater abilities (black Chain for example). I'm really curious about that

What’s crazy is that dekus is only at 45% percentage base one for all as 45%+fajin gets him to faux 100% then plus gear shift gets him to 120% so it’s possible by the end of the series deku could have access to 200% of one for all

It makes me sad that Deku is made out to be the last OFA user because I liked the idea of successors.

OFA was like a chain stockpiling powers, quirks and history.
I know of quirk singularity but that shouldn't matter here. Some OFA users already had quirks and were amped by OFA.
