Guy needs to be in jail for tax fraud and embezzlement I don't know why the IRS isn't looking at him or the state of Louisiana.

If he was paid for insurance and kept the money he became the insurance company and is now responsible for the payments for the medical treatment it's just that simple

So this guy stole from his own employees. The people that helped him amass his wealth, in the most egregious way possible, their health insurance premiums. And he did it over a long period of time, each month knowingly taking their honestly earned money.
First, strip him of his wealth with civil suits, then get him in an orange Prison suit.

Laws need to be changed! Someone like this needs to be locked up for decades on multiple felonies and forced to pay FULL restitution to his victims! They also need to make changes to how the court system operates, it shouldn't take YEARS to convict someone!

This happened to my best friends father. Went to doctor and was told he had Parkinson’s and his boss (brother ) stole the money he was paying for medical insurance. This is the worst thing you can do to someone...

He'll be busy hiding and isolating his assets, even if scolded, they did right to suspend him, that's a primary step, follow through with litigation!

I live in Canada and nobody should become bankrupt because of misfortune. We have employer medical insurance here for things not normally covered by the government, like dental, private rooms, certain brand name medications etc. If he was taking deductions they should have been paid. It's a horrible situation that some of your citizens need to be burdened by debt. You dont need that extra stess when recovering from an illness.

Heating company in Portland kept insurance deductions from paychecks. Several employees lost everything due to medical bills.

Well gee whillikers it's almost like all those regulations are in place for a reason and every state that loosens them to try to draw entrepretards should be exempt from receiving help from the federal judiciary to deal with the problems they cause with their shit legislation
