Watched it 20 years ago in my 20s really hung over and it hit me. Watched it now without the hangover and it hit me just the same.

Its just such a rollercoaster. Its a relief cause hes not a murderer and hes not insane. Its a curse cause his happiest moments never happened. And then its a hope cause he gets another chance. All squeezed in a few minutes.. Beautiful

This movie felt like a real wake up call when I watched it 22 years ago, I was shocked a movie could have an effect like that on a person, I cried like a baby, it is an amazing work of art, sigur ros song is the most perfect song you could pick, ty for this.❤❤❤❤❤

One thing that always fascinates me is how a single film can leave vastly different impressions on people. You lot here, like me, consider this film a masterpiece, it moves us. Yet some people would turn it off after 15 mins, draw nothing from it and label it, crap!!! How is that even possible??? It seriously intrigues me... 😢
