Twisted Metal 3 Weird noises on PS3

I don't know why there's these loud noises when I'm playing this on the PS3. I brought another TM3 thinking it was the disc but it didn't work.

Yeah I remember hearing this when playing it on my PS3 before I started playing it on my ps2 but hearing this again makes me laugh uncontrollably

This also has happened to me when I played TM3 in the PSXFin emulator. With the ePSXe emulator, however, the audio gets fixed so you don't hear these (horrible) noises (from hell)

If you’re playing it on a PS3 console it does this I don’t know why but it does, on a PS2 plays perfectly with no weird noises, just get a HDMI adapter to play on a HD tv if you’re playing on a PS2 to a HD tv

Another issue is that for whatever reason when you fire Grimm's special it doesn't play the special sound, it just sounds like a fire missile being fired.

judging by these comments, Im guessing it has something to do with the Playstations emulation. I've never heard that noise on my PC emulation before. Weird.

I hear this noise when I play TM4 on my PS3.

It probably could be the ps3s ps1 emulator messing up the sound

It's happened to my game sometime.
I think I have the same problem with Twisted Metal 4 tho.

I have the same problem playing TM3 in my PC with a PSX emulator.

I hear that on the ps2 version, maybe some files are damaged

Yeah I don't why it makes that sound but it's not the game it's the ps3 all version do it so it's not just yours.

I Played SH1 on PS3 and the image was blurry .I removed the hdmi cable and used a 3 colours cable instead then the image got fixed .Maybe its the same thing with the annoying sound of TW3 playing on PS3 ? I ask this because i doesnt have TM3 to check this .

Either you will have to play TM3 with no sound or you will have to get a better capture card for PSX

Yeah I have A New PS3 160 GB Version and it's the same Problem with TM3. I think the emulator is the Problem. Everbody knows how can run the game without these strange noises?
