I also did not care for the Hourglass foundation (despite all the rave reviews) and yes I also kept the foundation brush (which I love). You might also like the cover f/x foundation brush (the regular one, not the one for the cover drops) - it my absolute fave!

I love Laura gellar blush!! Believe it or not the baked bronzer is the best blush/ bronzer- I get crazy compliments when I wear it!

One of my favorite go-to-gals for beauty ❤ I would definitely recommend St. Moriz self tanning mouse from Ulta. It has almost 5 stars and I personally love it! It has a beautiful bronze color, no orange. And no patchiness and the way it fades is amazing too.
They have one where you leave it on for an hour for a glow, 2 hours for medium tan or 3 hours for dark tan 😘

I'm very pale and I use St. Tropez Self Bronzing Mousse. I find it gives me a nice tan that's very natural looking. It's at Ulta.

Taking fish oil will get rid of your bumps and dry skin. I take the Kirkland brand. Since you like blush, try the Milani baked blushes. They are beautiful!

Great favorites Risa- I feel like the Hourglass foundation works best on dry skin so maybe it wouldn't have worked for you anyways- especially since you live in the desert. Sorry you had a reaction 😢 I use it and do love it- I can see how it would cling to dry patches so I'm really careful to hydrate and prep well. But the Vanish brush is the real star of that duo. I am using that brush with my Dior AirFlash and it's a match made in heaven!

St moritz is a good self tanner. I've found it cheapest on amazon. The ingredients probably aren't great. I also like the jergens mouse and jergrns in shower (wet skin) tanning lotion to maintain my tan through the week.

i use loving tan!! i finally broke down and got it but i swear it is amazing!! it gives the most beautiful color and lasts all week!! it really does live up to the hype!!
