Hey Stefan, back in 2006 it was the first week of school in September. It was a rainy afternoon in my hometown in Bulgaria and I was randomly browsing the web (instead of doing my homework) when I came across some of your materials. Maybe it was the exotic frog or maybe the engaging style but that's when I decided I want to learn how to make killer websites. Flash forward to today, almost exactly 15 years later YouTube randomly suggested this video.

I've got 11 years of professional web development experience now, I worked at big names like VMWare and Bosch, I freelanced for a long time and next week I'm starting my first "Senior Tech Lead" position at a large European bank. So, I've done pretty well for myself and I blame at least part of that on getting the best fundamentals but also timeless advice: like taking care of little things before they turn into big things or... not gritting your teeth ;-).

Hey Stef, got a question on about the DOM chapter in the JS course. Is there any particular reason why it was relatively short and concise? My noob impression is that the DOM part is a major component in getting JS to work?
