I've been playing some Minecraft on my Twitch community private server this year, and the feeling of the music ~always~ hits me. No matter how long it's been since I started over, the same nostalgia always comes back. It's been forever since I did a Minecraft song, so here's my version of one of my favorite ambient songs written by C418 for Minecraft!

Coming back to this song after so many years, breathtaking. Even if it’s been so long every time I play Minecraft and hear this song I aways expect the second half (the drums part) but it never comes, like it’s missing something. That was the moment I realized I have more nostalgia for this song from the actual thing.

There's something really magical about this. Not only is the music beautiful and amazing as always, but there's the added layer of nostalgia, the memories of this quiet, peaceful song playing as a kid comes through so well when he performs it.
