Best advise. Dont take any form of compensation, dont let them pay for hospitalization, food, It will be considered as a settlement fee. Go straight to a lawyer.

This is terrifying that the government was like "come on back"

I’m glad to see the citizens are fighting back against this corruption. I hope everyone in that town gets a huge settlement.

Employees are not the ones who should be there answering questions, it's the ones who line their pockets with money that should've went to upgrades and proper maintenance and new trains and railroads. That's who should be there answer questions not employees.

If the news story didn't break, just imagine how much more important stuff is being covered up and blacked out by the media.

I bet the CEO is proud of the money they saved on keeping on a full staff . And especially the buy backs that fattened board members wallets !!

It's a shame the United States government isn't for the innocent instead of the rich,

The government doesn’t care. They will tell the public what they want to hear and that’s it. They need to fight back for months to come or move. If you can smell it, it’s there.

Why isnt anyone mentioning the company offered $25, 000 to the city to not sue. A town of 5000, thats $5 a person.

"The water is safe" while filming dead fish floating in it. I pray for the residents and surrounding towns.

Real Americans are with you East Palestine. Bring them to account. The federal government and their buddies, the railroad bosses need to be brought to justice!
Now.

Our government is shameful. This should have immediately been declared a state of emergency.
