I find that pretty much any modern wifi router/ap is great when the test device is sitting less than half an inch away from it. What happens when you add a few walls or a floor between the client and router?

Impressed with mine so far. I have 1GB fiber service. My wired devices get around 930 up and down. I have seen 850 down on WiFi and 600 up. My old WiFi was in the 300 up and down range.

What is your Internet speed you’re paying for? Feel like you should be getting more than 600 with this system if I can get that with an old tp link s4 system

I have the TP-Link M4 Mesh and it is just not holding up with a family of 5, a 3000 sq ft home and 2 gamers.

This is the upgrade i was looking for!

Just bought that. 6 hours it refused to receive a dhcp address. I finally found out the factory reset button allowed for my network to work for 2 hours. Than back to the red perma light.

Do we always need to plug Ethernet cable to modem router on these type of mesh devices? Is there any that uses electric port like powerline and mesh quality together

i get like 2 download and 5 upload is it even worth it for me to get a mesh system?

Anything with Gigabit should be able to get Your 600 Mbit speed, unless there is coverage issue. You don't need these to get that working. Any AP points setup should cover this. Much Cheaper Deco Gigabit Model M4 can get You 865 Mbit. More than enough for You.

The iPhone 14 pro doesn’t support Wifi 6E. I don’t think this is really an accurate test.
