Shell launched its citizen-development initiative four years ago in a program called DIY (Do IT Yourself) with Power Platform. Two years ago, the company established a dedicated center of excellence within the digital engineering function to “empower every employee to digitize work processes to improve productivity, increase agility and create more value for customers.”
