If anyone is having this problem. Go to settings, select System, Console info and then Reset Console but make sure you keep your games and apps. It worked for me.

Had this problem last month, and had to reinstall all my games and went way over my data limit from Comcast, luckily I explained the situation to them and they didn't charge me any overage fees for the month of May.

I found this video because I was searching up something else because Microsoft won’t let me sign into my account even though it is the right password and it really pisses me off because now I had to create a new account and I don’t have any progress on any games and the game I was the angriest about was forza horizon 3 because that is one of the only games I actually play because I’m broke af before anybody asks if I already tried to reset my password I already tried but they wouldn’t do shit about it so if anybody else is experiencing the problem I have or has please tell me how I can fix it

I agree, see I get that shit happens and Microsoft or Sony need to send a patch to fix it, may it be a games or the software but no joking around here it honestly feels like Microsoft has issues every week now and part of it may be I Dunno maybe the x was rushed? To us it wasn't but we weren't working behind the scenes either. Kinda like I also think the ps4 pro was rushed too cuz they knew the x was coming out and they wanted that to come out 1st and it did but even I admit that it wasn't that much of an upgrade from what I hear. But even that hasn't had as many issues as Microsoft's consoles this generation
