People investing in property should never overextend themselves. There should always be some room in you monthly budget in case the interest rate increases. For people in lower income groups it is best to buy a fixer-upper property which can be renovated over time and then sold for a higher price. the profit can be invested in a better property even though it might be a fixer-upper again. yes it would take time but this is the way to step up to the property that you ultimately want to reside in.

Shame I think people losing their homes because they can't pay their bonds is going to start increasing dramatically. This is going to end very badly for so many people.
