When the protagonist with a simple last dialogue become the antagonist

I just love how it made me thought Ayanokoji was like the kind and helpful type of person but then at the last ep, his lines at the end gave me chills and the truth is he doesn’t care about others. As long as it benefits him, he’ll do what is needed. He sees people as tools that he can use and that’s pretty cool of him.

That is what they say, the quiet people are mostly the ones with wrong thoughts or intentions. I never trusted this guy in the first place, at the start of the anime I started noticing the psychology he used to get to know the people even though he always showed he was not interested in making conversations. The fact that he only acted up when their class needed help was even more chilling...absolute legend

This anime just proves that the quiet kid in the back of the class is the one with the troubled mind, at first I thought this anime was going to be about how he fell in love with horikita but instead turned into something scary and chilling. The words he said in the end gave me goosebumps. He played everyone like strings on a violin, especially horikita.

I never trusted ayaonkoji to be the protagonist from the moment when he didn't gave up his seat to that old woman, I know there was something wrong with him but boy I didn't expected him to be this fcking good.... For 12 episodes (except the last 36sec) ayaonkoji presented as a protagonist but those 36sec changed the whole complection of this anime This Icarus won't be burned away, this one will burn everything into the ground.... Season 2 is inevitable no matter how long it takes

The thing that most people don't understand is that if there was a real person like Ayanokoji, they wouldn't know. like, remember that creepy dialogue he said at the end? he said that in his *head* which make everything so much scarier considering no one would know.

you would think that classroom of the elite was another of those genius, i solve anything, im good boy and i do it for my friends trash anime, but that ending tho, it just justified all his actions. It was never about helping class D become class A, its ayanokouji doing what he needs to do to survive, to live his highschool life, under any cost. Best self-insert and escapism anime!

For all who watch Classroom of the elite, I really recommend you to read the LN. You can start at vol 4 because it is completely different from the ep 10-13 of the anime. The side characters actually contribute to the plot and actually has major role for the mc character development. The MC also show his emotions in the LN. But not much because he still use some of the characters as a tool but the mc becoming more human like through vol 4-11
