This would be much, much easier if I didn't have to go through the cuscene EVERY time I had to start over.

and this is where i'll stop the stable quests, it was a fun ride up to this point

A good strategy is to drink a max attack boosting elixir right before entering the cave (5 mighty bananas). Then doing the usual sneaking around to grab the weapons. It helps to do the quest at night too as it makes it easier to collect weapons while the enemies are sleeping. Taking out the two red bokoblins should be easy especially with the attack boosting elixir. Then fuse a rock to either the club or the stick to knock the armor off of the armored bokoblin. The moblin you can easily cheese him by having him run into the fire lol and he'll burn to death. Especially if you did a decent job of stealing most of the weapons and shield beforehand. The enemies will be too busy running around scrambling to find weapons that you can easily pick them off from weakest to strongest one by one then lead the big guy to a fiery death 😂

better to start the quest at nightfall, wait for them to fall asleep and sneak strike the moblin. i managed to kill him before the rest got there and was able to fuse the moblin horn and get the rest easily

This quest makes me want to do korok level torture to non koroks

I feel i should leave some tips on how i did it, since my approach may be a bit easier for some.

Use whistle to draw the attention of 1 and then make them follow you to near the entrance of the cave so you can have a 1v1 fight.

(You'll only need to do this for the 2 at the campfire. Then the armoured one will be alone and the bow one isnt even a problem)

You guys are aware you can wait and do this quest at a later level? I just did it with more hearts and it was incredibly easy. Sneak. Pick up the stick. Fuse to rock. Win.

Appreciate it, couldn't figure out how to deal with the armored enemy. Didn't realize monster parts increased a weapons attack

Easy way for me was get supplies. Then fuse one of the large boulders to the first weapon I got. I crushed them fairly easy. It knocks them to the ground so it prevents them from attacking.

When I arrived there, I didn't see the bird NPC, I think it's because I didn't complete rito village side quest

The moblin horns spear made all the difference. I tried multiple attack methods and until I used that spear I wasn't successful. I bet I carry a moblin horned spear from now on.

Use ultra hand to pick a rock and drop it above the guy with the armor.

I stopped right before the guys and ate a meal with a high attack buff, then saved and spoke to them. It helped immensely.

I don’t know how this is a guide… as has been stated before, this quest can easily be done at night, with a little patience and sneaking around. Attack boost elixir can help, sneaky potion and maybe a few extra hearts if you are low. First, Pick up the sticks, take out the first brown Boko with it using sneak strike. Then sneak to the left and take out the brown Boko there with the same method. Take his bow and weapons. Then sneak back and around to the right past the sleeping moblin towards the armoured Boko. Carefully fuse sticks with two big bolders and Boko horns for more weapons. Sneakstrike the armoured boko with the fused weapon. Should take him out with one hit. Then tackle the Moblin last. Use fused weapons and he should be down in 4-5 hits.

What's the chiming sound when Link is swimming on his way to the cave? Is that a notification to let you know a cave is nearby?

My personal advice is to come at night so the monster are asleep and it's easier to sneak in and take as much weapon as possible (especially the one near the big one, take them all so he can't use it)
