Load times are not the main draw of the pro, it's the future capabilities of PSSR and a more powerful graphics card. Pro users will be eating good when GTA 6 comes out

Why are you comparing loading times? The pro has a bigger SSD (+1TB) not faster SSD…

Loading times are bottlenecked by ROM speed and IO not GPU. It seems you do not understand what the upgrade to Pro actually provides. Not faster loading for sure…

If they have the same SSD speed it don’t matter. You want a better test turn on the new features offered by the pro system while in the game and give us that information. Also if you want faster load time you can always figure out what SSD is compatible and figure out what the old SSD speed is and get something with a better read and write speed. This test is like testing a 1.5lt accord vs a 1.5lt accord with a Bose stereo system.

Just upgraded to the pro from standard ps5 and its incredible, spider man looks amazing, fc25 feels better, even cod feels and looks better even though it hasnt had an official patch, if you have the money to upgrade its worth it

Y’all please remember the game has to be optimized for the pro.

The only thing the pro offers to unoptimized games is more consistent frames at higher resolutions and more comfortable gpu strength.

It's online game depends which one's connecting to server first. Need to do a real test with just a single player game so the fairness is correct. Ps5 pro is 45% more powerful GPU so it should run better but load around the same time as everything else is the same

The PS5 uses the SAME EVERYTHING except in terms of GPU performance, Wi-Fi 7, Enhanced PS4 games and SSD capacity, not SSD speed 🤦🏽‍♂️come on y'all
