1) Route distinguisher :
Format: 1) as-number:custom-number OR 2) ip-address:custom-number
It is recommended to use a unique route distinguisher for each routing instance, meaning that each instance on each PE, gets a unique RD.
2) Route Target:
Format: target:x:y
Used for route filtering and import/export policies. Must match across all routers.
