Thank you so much for this series I’ve played Soft tip for years good enough to beat my friends but not good enough to compete . absolute beginner here. I practiced for a day so far with my own freestyle grip. Then I tried the Max Hopp grip and release and it's like magic. My accuracy has increased A LOT.

Will keep on practicing like that. It feels incredibly stable and I feel so much more in control now.

Great video! But there's one thing that strikes me. I always heard, Max Hopp's strong/leading eye is the left one. Now Rod explains that Max has the dart in line with his right eye. As my leading eye also is the left one while I throw the dart with my right hand, I'm struggling to find the best way to do it.
