Explain option c of last question in comment please . I think voice is getting cut . Why there are no finite zeros ? Inspite of having atmost one zero according to result stated . So there may be no zero or only one zero means fiite zeros

Sir in last question why c is not coorect, at most one zero means either one zero or no zero in both case finte zero so c should be correct option, please sir correct me if i am wrong
