Corn pakoda recipe | Sweet corn pakora recipe | healthy snack recipe .Super easy to make and a perfect snack to have with a hot cup of masala tea.
The combination of grated and Whole sweet corn kernels With yellow corn flour results In a perfect texture .

Note:
1.Add the yellow corn flour they bind together all the Ingredients but also make the corn pakoda crunchy .
2.If yellow corn flour Is not available then add gram flour or rice flour .

Ingredients:

1.Fresh sweet corn-2 cups (grind coarsely)
2.Onion medium (chopped)-1
3.Roasted cumin powder-1/4 tsp
4.Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
5.Grated ginger-1 tsp
6.Black Salt as per taste.
7.Kasoori methi-1 tbsp grated between your palms.
8.Coriander (chopped)-2 tbsp
9.Carom seeds -1 tsp grind between your palms.
10.Sesame seeds oil-1 tbsp
11.Yellow Corn flour-2 tbsp
12.Oil-for frying

Method:
1.Freshly grated sweet corn add in a bowl add all the other ingredients and mix well .
2.Take some portion and make round size deep fry in medium hot oil until golden.
2.Serve with coriander chutney or sauce.
