I really liked the guy showing you around. He was so knowledgeable and passionate and eager to share a small part of his knowledge with you (and in turn us). It was a joy to watch.

That guy was very well spoken and was very articulate in the way he shared his knowledge of the process.

I tasted anejo Tequilla and it cant be compared to the cheap "shot" one. It tasted more like a good scotch. Very mild and pleasant to drink. Awesome Video series!

This is my opinion:
I think you might want to upload episodes weekly, if you finished your project, to keep viewers interested so they stick to the channel. YouTube's algorithm also likes schedules, so keeping a schedule for a project is good. That may not be possible for every project you have but if you're finished with one I think you should put the episodes up on a weekly basis and not just upload all of it straight to YouTube. I understand that this suggestion may not be possible but it's worth a shot.
I really want this channel to grow because it shows potential to make the best of the best in terms of documentaries. I mean it already is one of the best in my opinion.

I really love how this guy talked about tequila. I enjoy my tequila either straight or in a whiskey glass with ice and splash of lime. That depends on the quality of course. I've had tequilas that have been like motor oil and others that taste like caramel or oaky and although both are good the latter are much more enjoyable. Also yes! For cocktails use the bottom shelf stuff. The expensive stuff should be savoured. Like you'd never use an aged scotch in a whiskey and Coke. Don't do the same with añejo tequila

I love a quality reposado! This video is so educational about how the noble, humble agave becomes fine complex tequila

It's meaningful because it's their culture, it's their live. It's really a part of their soul. When things are so hands on, so everyday, all around you, that's meaningful.

I love how the guy described the way some other tequila makers make theirs but refused to say what most people in his position would say that "they make it this way and we make it this way which is why ours is better" he just said they are different

Awesome Content!! I wish this " How To Brew Everything" series was longer (per episode) and more in depth. I would rather watch stuff like this, thane regular T.V. Your perspective as a new brewer is relatable, but your leg work is unique and highly valuable! Please extend this series. There is much to discover about the process. I've been a subscriber for a long time, I love this channel. Great job!
