Poshal Gyamba on “The Indignity of an Indian Worker”
Interacted with Avani Kapur, Director at the Accountability Initiative of the Centre for Policy Research

Poshal Gyamba is a soon-to-be graduate from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Discourse and dramatics have been her two passions in life. She finds the stage to be the one place where she can both escape and express - hide behind a character and still show herself upfront.

Professionally, Poshal is driven to policy and sees a need to move beyond multi-disciplinary efficiency and towards building inter-disciplinary aptitudes, as according to her, nothing in the world today happens in isolation.

She firmly believes in ownership, thus finding the rhythms of life in Sinatra’s “My Way” ... for ‘Let the record show’ ‘I did it, I did it my way’.
