0:04 Five minute vocal warm ups for beginners with a limited safe range. The last three exercises are on descending scale to encourage head voice, or high notes. Many beginners struggle to sing in head voice, especially if they're trying to copy their favourite pop singers. The vocal range is C4 to F5. Males need to sing down the octave.

With daily practice of these great vocal exercises and you'll see rapid improvement. Training your singing voice regularly if you want to be a PRO.

This video is a compilation of my older videos, which are loaded individually on my YouTube channel see below for links.

0:00 Intro
0:04 My Mother Makes Me Mash
0:48 Stepping Upwards song
2:04 Meow Meow
2:48 Yum Yum
3:26 Fa la la la la

About the exercises:

🔸 Fa la la - helps with breath management, descending head voice, tongue & jaw independence. Eventually the descending scale could be sung in one breath. Young singers and beginners may need to breath after every second note at first, then after every forth note.

Hello! Just wanted to say my son and I love your channel!!! I happened across this video and did some exercises with my 3.5yo for fun. To my surprise, he really took to it and we've sung many of your exercises. He became obsessed with the chords/scale progression... after a short while, he figured out all the scales and has started to play & sing by himself (he practices multiple times throughout the day, haha!).

As someone who has had a beginner's background with singing lessons, I love the silent instructions on the bottom, reminders about what each vocal exercise is targeting, and labeling the key ranges of each exercise. (My son prefers the videos where he can see the piano with the dots progressing through the scales.)

Thank you so much for everything on your channel!!!

I really like that you show the piano keys! Will use this for a new young student today at lessons.

The mommy Made me mash my m&ms was a lil fast. Maybe a part 1 & part 2. One slowed down one faster? Great video other wise.

My usual vocal range without any obvious breaks would be (B2)G3-F5(A5) and I am a 23 yr old guy, my voice sounded really changed at first, but after singing for a while... nope, definitely not as I thought, I prolly pressed it down for way too long to sound more deep, but in reality I have a kinda alto or lower mezzo voice XD

Hence I just randomly clicked on this video and sang "meow meow meow" and "falalalala" at 11pm (and I have neighbours hahaha)

PS: My comfort range is like G3-C5 for now
