Doesn't work on my Fox auto sag. Following your instructions, the suspension still bottoms out during a ride with about 90% sag. I was going to rebuild it, but the cannister had its own instructions. "Inflate to 300#, sit on the bike and let air out of the red valve until it stops" brilliant! 25% sag

Why does it say "fill to 300psi" on the shock itself?

that's awesome it can't get any easier than that

I have the 2018 Epic Expert red/gold with the RockShox/Specialized Micro Brain shock w/ Spike Valve, AUTOSAG, 51x257mm. There is always confusion when doing autosag because the shock says 300psi but sometimes the specialized bike mechanic says it’s the riders weight plus 50. With this RockShox which applies? Also the blue button must me on soft but the red button near the filling valve what setting should be? Finally after pumping the air do I jump on the bike several times before or after pressing the autosag button? You should post a video on YouTube because all specialized videos are very old. Please help! Thanks

"either remove you brainfade adjustment or compression knob on your shock", like actually take off the brainfade adjuster knob on the back?

So confused now, the instruction manual that came with our stumpy's says to do it another way.

I removed the brain fade adjustment (blue knob) and a bunch of oil came out... is that normal?

Poor video, sorry! What about the shock compression lever? What position should it be? And what is a "brain fade adjustment" or "compression knob"?

My band is always more than 50% down. I pump to 300 psi. I wonder if the settings need to be in a certain point climb, trail, down hill and rebound?

A lot of oil came out my SAG valve. What can be the cause?

How do you not use Autosag? I think its a tad to plush for my style of riding.
I'm guessing just pump up the shock to want you want and leave it.
Do you set the front forks first then Autosag or vise versa.

At 16 seconds, remove your brain fade adjustment knob?  REALLY?

It seems to me that the extra 50 psi is what you are letting out at the end. So just fill to your weight and be done.
