This song by "Redbone" was released in 1971, and i believe it made it to number 21 in the US and number 2 in the UK.. Have not got many good pics of this group so have used a few from some rock festivals that were going on around 1971...

Was wandering the French Quarter in 2019 Halloween night. I heard this song coming from an alley, followed it, and came across an alley bar. The whole staff were dancing to it completely grooving. Great memory.

I got this song in my head last week after 50 years. I must’ve heard something like it or something. Loved it in 1972 and still think it’s a great song now. I was always fascinated by the fact that they were Native American.
