Event Rules and Regulation

1) Open to armwrestler from Malaysia and Singapore only.
2) Only top 2 from each categories will qualify for WAL-Oceania.
3) 8 categories right and left hand for male armwrestler only.
4) Each armwrestler must weight in at least 1 hour before competition starts.
5) WAL Malaysia Qualifier will use WAL certified rules and regulation
