This evening we're going to the monthly HIP (Houston Innerloop Photography Club), and we have a special guest, Claire McAdams. Claire is an amazing photographer who does a lot of portraiture, fashion, and commercial work,. She specializes in dance, and it was in that capacity that I contacted her with a cold call to speak at the group. May well have been the best presentation we've had so far. She was an amazing speaker, brought breathtaking and inspiring images to share, and then proceeded to break down in photographer speak, precisely how she achieved these great pictures. I am so thankful to Claire for stepping up and speaking before a group that she doesn't know, for doing such a wonderful job, and for sharing so much of herself and her art with us. Truly an inspiration.
