I would hear how a wife put their life/career/care for their children while the husband climbs the career ladder. Only to replace them with someone else.
What I learned in life is that some people seek for a better partner or friend. Instead of perfecting their love with who they are with or they forget and leave them behind.

I am working on this very thing with my mother. Its a process. But with God I know anything is possible. The main thing I love is to love myself. That opens my heart to loving others no matter what I'm going through. My mother is the one who took me to church as a little girl. So this relationship is most important to me.
