holy hell. This man needs to be permanently removed from society. He on top of this was driving with a suspended license and didn't have insurance. He ALSO is a registered sex offender, a first-degree rapist, charged in 1999, and has a sexual abuse charge as of 2016. I'm sorry if anyone out there thinks it is harsh but I feel like it would be irresponsible to EVER let this man interact with the general public ever again.
