We moved here in 2021. Lived in Porto for 9 months, Sintra where the Pena Palace is for 9 months and currently live a 5min train ride from the beautiful town of Sintra. I love being so close to such a beautiful town.

You should add Portugal to your travel bucket list because it offers stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture. However, it's important to travel responsibly. I really don't know why foreigners get surprised with anything related to food in Portugal. Our culinary is one (if not the best) of the best in the world, either in variety and quality.
I like all sorts of geographic food styles, but in terms of variety, while those seem like an ensemble with a certain style, Portuguese cuisine is a medley performed by an orchestra.

Pastel de Belém is different than Pastel de Nata!!! One has milk and eggs, the other is just eggs
