Putting on a hat or sweater doesn't make it a winter outfit. Its -24 degrees with 6 inches of snow in Ohio. You Southerners don't know what winter is. And I realize that its not cold where she lives, but i wish beauty gyrus in general would focus on all climates and not just there own. I'm sure the majority of people watching this would agree with me that all of these outfits are a death sentence for any month past September.
