Can you fence in the back by the lake?

I can’t believe that house is 1.3 mil! The way that garage is situated you have a heckuva time getting in and out of that. It also looks like the front door is so small, plus you have a hallway going to the front door. Totally ugly! Then you walk through that small front door and another hallway with all these rooms. Very bad design. It looks like a big apartment.
