How to clear iCloud storage. Documents/other

It’s important to know stuff in the recently deleted section of your files app, emails, search history, is also being saved on the iCloud if enabled. Even though it may not be listed turning off some options will force data out of the cloud and onto your physical device. I also recommend downloading “google photos” and syncing all your photos to their cloud service instead. Hope this video helped. Yea, I just bought Mac, and when I opened iTunes which unexpectedly contained one item (unwanted) with the iCloud icon beside it I tried to delete it. I entered 'systems' to see if I could delete it and I am at a dead end as to what else I can try.
