Blum products are outstanding. We have used Blum products and equipment for over 30 years. The web site provides a nice overview and the catalog is in-depth. ONE THING that is missing is an interactive matrix to build a hinge order or hardawre package quickly and confidently..it may sound rudimentary but when you order a 100 hinges and the wrong hinge arm cover it is time and money in delays. Interactive program: pick an opening, choose a hinge, choose a mounting plate, choose accessories...print. I know you guys can do one of your shop managers a set of millwork shop drawings and your catalog and let him put together a Blum hardware order...and see how complicated it is. If you are cutting edge then BE CUTTING EDGE. Trying to put together an order from your catalog is archaic. Thank you
