Whenever i get my period, My brother immediately runs to the grocery store, gets me Ice Cream, Chocolates, Noodles, Milkshake, Brownies and pads and does everything even pausing the series i am watching on TV 😂😂

Cause he knows that Those 7 days are hell for me so I will make them Hell for everyone around me including him if I dont get that Ice Cream on time

A Tipp for alle the girls out there!!!:

Do not eat or drink cold stuff like ice cream or cold drinks, because it makes the pain worse! The same goes with swimming! Don’t ever go swimming when you’re on your period and even if you don’t have any pain just don’t do it. Swimming or even putting only your feet in the water can cause horrible back pain, leg pain or like usual stomach pain. Hope these help❤!
