The Nemesis, on the other hand, made his debut in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. He's basically an enhanced version of Mr. X but , and armed with a rocket launcher and whiplike tentacles
Nemesis is initially scary, but his scripted encounters and cartoonishly "badass" design can't deliver the same level of consistent tension and horror found in Mr. X's drawn-out pursuits. Although he may have his problems, Mr. X is scarier than Nemesis and clearly the better-designed stalker of the two.
