My mother had 2 strokes within a years' span, thankfully they were minor and did not seem to affect her in the long term. She is fortunate and we are grateful to have her still with us.

I am a stroke survivor. I was 52. I got the clot buster drug at the one hour mark. I’m a walking miracle. I’m so very sorry for your loss. Grateful to still be here for my daughters and husband.

Also hobbies and being free of any substance misuse (more common than one might think). I hope to see that stroke survivor clothing line! Independent living is important.

Happy to report, I've stayed an avid listener - and for some reason, I felt even more connected to you in this one.

Perhaps it was the lack of music, or perhaps since leaving my high-ranking, only adult job I've ever had, I've been more intentional and present with how I'm truly feeling. Either way, just wanted to thank you for these gifts - time and care you put into these videos are clear and I wish you nothing but the best, including starting that clothing line, girl!
