Heliport / Helideck DIFFS Demo

We had the great privilege of assuring a DIFFS system for both on and offshore heliports/helidecks. The video shows the knockdown ability of the system. The unique aspect of this system was that it had zero moving parts.

The operational objective of a Fixed Foam Application System should ensure that the system is able to bring under control a helideck fire associated with a crashed helicopter within 30 seconds measured from the time the system is activated and producing foam at the required application rate for the range of weather conditions prevalent for the helicopter operating environment.
