Tempranillo from Rioja has a certain je ne sais quoi that makes it appealing. La Rioja Alta seems to be producing top notch wines in this Spanish region, and I appreciate the extended aging that takes place at the winery. I find this process suitable for people like myself who don’t have the patience to wait for the wine to age at home. Thank you for this fantastic Live session, I learned a lot about Julio’s winemaker’s skills as well as his approach in crafting these wines. You did it again, John! Bravo! Salud! 🍷
