Ending corporal punishment: How a Kentucky student started working to end the practice in the state

Corporal punishment has recently returning to a Missouri school district, so long as their parents say it's alright with them.

Alex Young, a recent graduate of St. Xavier High School in Louisville, has been working to end the practice in Kentucky since the 7th grade. What approaches has he taken, and now that he's off to Notre Dame University, what's next?
