i'm *always* impressed with how axian chooses these images that feel like an almost perfect match for the music.

first of all, it's that he must be familiar with so much source material--and he must remember it all! and second of all, it's that talent he possesses: the ability to dig into that library of knowledge and pair up two independent creations (the video and the music) and make us feel like they were made for each other.

also, let's not forget, he makes his own music as well which is also very good.
