Family values promoted by Hinduism can foster more stable family units and better community cohesion. The reconciliation between the truth claims of a science-oriented worldview and a religiously oriented worldview is obligatory in this century. Absolutely love this channel! Couple of years ago i decided to restart my life so I started to journal my thoughts. Everyday i wrote. My notes became so vast. I loved the journey of rediscovering myself. I gained my confidence, peace in accepting myself, peace in accepting the way the world is. Couple of months ago I stumbled upon this channel and Jay Lakhani. Everything he was talking about Hinduism and Sanatan Dharma are exactly deeper and ready-made answers to all my doubts and thoughts. I am now totally taken by the true nature of Hinduism by researching and understanding its concepts and teachings. I find so much reconciliation and validation of my own notes, reflections, logic and principles in your videos. I was an atheist all my life but now I have this new-found appreciation for Hinduism. I cannot express myself enough but thank you Mr. Jay Lakhani. You have made my life easier. You have satisfied some spiritual/experiential yet rational need in me that I'm not able to be clearly articulate here. Thank you so much.

Can you please help me establish an effective, productive, routine daily prayer ritual from AM to PM as a British Indian female Hindu who prays a lot already but doesn't 'know which God/s to pray to and how'. Of course I put in practical, everyday, regular efforts for the real world, but I wish to become a much better, clarified, focused, healed, productive, well rounded Hindu. Thank you
