You were using the Plasma bridge which takes 7 days. This is if you want more security guarantees.

If you want faster processing times, you should switch to the PoS Bridge which takes up to 3 hours to complete.

Stunna only certain tokens like ETH and HEX use the POS bridge which only take 45min to an hour. Matic only uses the PLASMA bridge thats why its 7 days.

You can bridge from matic to Binance. The fees will be almost nothing. Then send bnb to your “cash out” exchange.

Bro, Like you said don't do small transactions, I tried to send over 35 matic to eth and fees are way more than my total what I am sending, lesson learn, but how can I cancel that transcation on wallet matic network? Like it put the frist transaction through, now it's at checkpoint and either to go to further with transactions its asking at least 55-110 dollars :D How do I cancel the transaction from checkpoint.
