Running Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7. Windows Vista, Windows XP?

Well lets see if we can fix this issue, when does the error happen? when gaming? when you boot up? when you turn the computer on? after you updated windows? after you installed software? after you installed drivers?

Any of the above can be resolved as long as its not a hardware problem where your hardware is failing.

Make sure you backup your data before you continue and make a restore point using system restore.

I just encountered this problem few hours ago. My laptop froze multiple times, and then shown the DPC Watchdog violation error.

I noticed that it freezes only when connected to my office's network, either via wifi or LAN. The problem doesn't occur when connected to my phone's hotspot or my home wifi.

How can I resolve this?

I cant even log into my pc I get it everytime I sign in, it says welcome than freezes. I just built a new pc kept the hard drive from my old, and bought a wifi adapter any suggestions?

Hello everyone who faces this problem. I try all that shown in this video and even reset the system. What helped me. This error occurred when I started heavy applications and games that loaded the processor by 98% and a temperature of 93 degrees. The cause of the error was the fact that the processor frequency was too high at 5000mhz. (Processor i 9900k) So, I lowered the frequency to 4800mhz, or 2 option to change the permissible ambient temperature above 93 degrees.

I know this is another error code, but i've been getting blue screens randomly on my computer with the APC_INDEX_MISMATCH code. They don't happen whenever i start up my laptop or anything, it's random. Now while i've noticed this happening more often while watching youtube or playing games, it's happened when i was drawing or just normally browsing too. Does anyone know what could've caused this and if there are any fixes to it? (I can give more details if needed)

On the Motherboard website it is stated my motherboard (Asus P7P55D-E PRO) is not compatible with Windows 10. I've being using it for 2 years now but today I started having this Watchdog violation problem only when opening any web browser. Any advice on what to do for the browser, specifically?
