This device does work. It's not magic, and it won't remove wrinkles and sagging instantaneously, but it makes a significant and noticeable difference. It's especially obvious the first time. The instructions recommend doing one side of the face, and comparing the results with the "undone" side. The results are very convincing.
It's not a permanent solution, but, then, neither is a surgical facelift, and this method is a lot less expensive and traumatic. You have to use it regularly, but the effects get better with time. Not only the skin gets firmer and the whole face less saggy, but it also seems to have an effect on the quality of skin - brightness, pores, and so on.
In short, regular use seems to revitalize the skin, and provide a reasonably noticeable lifting effect. For me, it seems to take about ten years off, which makes me more than satisfied with this product. In fact, I am contemplating getting a full size version so that I can do my eyes as well.
The gel is expensive however. I ended up using an Aloe Vera gel. It seems just as effective, and much, much cheaper.

Love this one better than the full size.
I tried the other attachments, but didn't find them to be anything special.
So now I use the mini and find it easier to hold and use.

This really does work to lift sagging muscles. In fact, it works so well that it's really important to follow directions exactly. The first two weeks I followed the directions and was very happy to see my cheekbones lifted, but then I started putting it on my face in any which way, not realizing that it makes a big difference. In just two days of that, my cheekbones sunk and I had deep nasal-labial folds that I didn't have before. Fortunately just one time of going back to following the directions fixed me back up. I am really happy with this and experienced better results than I expected. It won't get rid of your wrinkles, but it will lift sagging muscles, which makes the face look old.

The lifting effect will soften some of the lines and give you a more youthful, refreshed appearance. I was expecting to be zapped, but as long as you have gel on, you won't feel anything. The only time I've gotten zapped is when the gel has dried. (I like Aquasonic gel better than the one that comes with this. It stays moist longer and costs a lot less.) Some have said they saw flashing lights, but again you have to follow directions. It says not to put this inside the orbital socket or near the thyroid gland on your neck. The only time I saw lights was when I went inside the orbital bone, so I don't do that.
