I realize it was designed for direct competition with the Porsche Panamera, but the Panamera still manages to look so much better. You can't deny the performance of an AMG Mercedes though.

i think this car disregard people who want CLS.
and this car disregard people who want station wagon.

There's really no market for it here. BMW and Audi AND Mercedes all had little success with estate versions of their cars in the United States, so it doesn't make sense for them to bring a new model estate car over. Europeans like estate cars more based on sales, so Mercedes will keep them over there. Unfortunately, it's just not worth the effort. It would be nice to have a fast estate other than the CTS-V Wagon over here though; I can't stand Cadillac.
